At Melrose Design Studio, our collaboration with the iconic brand Repetto began with a profound understanding of its classical heritage, seamlessly blended with contemporary activewear inspirations.

Our journey involved extensive trend research, meticulously curated moodboards, innovative design approaches, and cutting-edge 3D digital prototyping. The outcome: a captivating collection that bridges performance, femininity, elegance, and movement.

Trend Analysis and Moodboard Inspiration

We started by decoding significant cultural shifts in women’s sportswear and athleisure, drawing inspiration from vintage elegance and contemporary silhouettes. The resulting moodboards highlighted:

  • Ballet-inspired grace with a modern athletic edge.
  • Textural contrasts: silky, fluid fabrics paired with structured technical materials.
  • Soft, feminine colors alongside classic neutrals, evoking both nostalgia and modernity.
